The best part\u2026these sessions take place on the infield of the track and are completely free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A range of free fitness sessions are available to the local community, including Les Mills Body Attack, Body Combat, and Body Balance, as well as Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba from Monday-Wednesday. To attend, guests simply need to register online for TrainYAS, at no cost, to get a barcode to access the track, there is no specific requirement to register for the individual class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the success of previous sessions, Crank also returned to the circuit for three sold-out Silent Disco RIDE sessions on March 7<sup>th<\/sup>. The classes took place on their ever-popular stationary bikes located on the North Circuit with incredible views of the world-famous circuit under the lights.Participants powered through heavy climbs and saddle up for powerful sprints in their signature sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the unique classes, the community still have the opportunity to break a sweat around the Formula 1 track in this weekend\u2019s &nbsp;ADNOCTrainYAS Presented By ADSC back for its 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;edition on Saturday 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;March. Individuals of all fitness levels and ages are encouraged to jog, cycle, or take a leisurely walk with loves ones at sunset.
