At L&S we understand that our strength is our staff. L&S employs more than 3500 staff. Looking after the welfare and needs of our staff is always one of our top priorities. We were one of the first few companies to launch the WPS system as we believe our staff should be paid on time. All our staff are trained inhouse and through specialized 3rd party training for jobs which require specialized skills. In the unlikely event that a claim should arise all our staff are fully insured in respect of public liability, workmen’s compensation and professional indemnity.
